Cage-free shelter offers countless cats second chance

For Valerie Scobel, it all started in 1993 with an article in a local paper looking for foster homes and volunteers. She desperately wanted to help and soon she was the proud owner of adoption and rescue center for cats.

In the 20 years since then, the Pet Connection adoption and rescue center has grown to be able to house as many as 200 cats. She now owns awesome cage-free shelter which gives hundreds of cats a second chance at life.
